One engineering team across India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States
Constient is headquartered in Chennai with an engineering center in Bangalore, an office in Abu Dhabi serving the UAE and the wider Gulf, delivery in Saudi Arabia, and a US office in New Jersey. The same architects, the same quality gates and the same honest reporting apply wherever the work runs, and data stays in the country your regulator expects.
India: headquarters in Chennai, engineering in Bangalore
India is where most of our engineers sit and where the company began. Chennai hosts leadership, delivery management and the research group; Bangalore adds AI, data and platform engineers. Indian clients come to us for digital onboarding platforms in securities and financial services, document automation, data platforms and dedicated engineering teams, and increasingly for quantum-safe cryptography planning ahead of the 2027 start date that the Department of Science and Technology's quantum-safe roadmap sets for critical sectors.
Work for Indian clients is designed around the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for financial institutions, RBI and SEBI cyber and outsourcing expectations. Hosting is usually in Indian cloud regions or on the client's own infrastructure.

United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi office for the UAE and the Gulf
Our UAE entity, Constient Global Information Technology Consulting L.L.C, operates from Musaffah in Abu Dhabi and serves clients across the Emirates and the wider Gulf. Demand here centers on AI and data science for government-linked and industrial organizations, video analytics for safety on industrial and construction sites, hospitality AI, and finance automation designed to work alongside the UAE e-invoicing program.
The UAE Cyber Security Council's National Encryption Policy and its executive regulation, announced in November 2025, require government entities to maintain cryptographic inventories and approved post-quantum transition plans. We help entities and their suppliers build that inventory and plan the migration. Personal data handling follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, with in-country hosting on UAE cloud regions where the client requires it.

Saudi Arabia: delivery for banking, energy and industrial clients
We deliver in the Kingdom for financial institutions, energy and utilities operators and industrial companies, with on-site presence for discovery, security reviews and go-live and remote engineering from India for the build. Work is designed from the first workshop around the National Cybersecurity Authority's Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC-2:2024), SDAIA's Personal Data Protection Law and, for banks and finance companies, SAMA's frameworks.
SAMA's August 2026 circular on quantum computing risks asks regulated institutions for a cryptographic asset inventory by 31 December 2026 and a quantum risk assessment with action plans by 31 March 2027. Our post-quantum cryptography service was built around exactly that sequence. Saudi clients also engage us for OT and ICS cybersecurity assessments, e-invoicing-aware finance automation and Arabic-capable document and voice AI.

Delivery across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province with on-site and remote teams. Office address to be published.
United States: New Jersey office for North American clients
Our US office in Branchburg, New Jersey, is the commercial and delivery front for North American clients who want senior engineering at an offshore cost base without losing a same-time-zone point of contact. Typical engagements are dedicated engineering teams, data platform builds, Dynamics 365 Business Central work and agentic automation for finance operations.
For US federal suppliers and regulated industries, OMB Memorandum M-26-15 of June 2026 sets the federal post-quantum migration schedule, with quantum-safe key establishment expected for high-value assets by 2030. We align PQC readiness work to that schedule and to NIST IR 8547. Data for US clients stays in US cloud regions, and we work to the client's SOC 2 or HIPAA obligations where they apply.

Working hours overlap
Our India teams keep a daily overlap with US Eastern mornings; US-based leads cover the rest of the business day.
Contracting
US clients contract with our US entity, with engineering delivered from India under the same master agreement.
How we deliver across regions
Every engagement has one accountable delivery lead and one architecture owner, whichever office the client sits in. Three practices make cross-region work predictable.
Data residency decided first
Before any build starts we agree where data may live and be processed, then choose cloud regions, on-premises hosting or edge deployment to match. Nothing moves across borders by accident.
Time zones planned, not improvised
India sits between the Gulf and the US, so our teams hold a daily overlap with both. Standups, demos and escalations are scheduled in the client's hours and written up for everyone else.
On site when it matters
Discovery, security reviews, user acceptance and go-live happen in person. The build runs remotely with shared boards, recorded demos and written decisions so the client always knows what changed and why.
Frequently asked questions
Can our data stay inside our country?
Yes. We decide hosting before design begins and deploy on in-country cloud regions, on your own infrastructure or at the edge as the regulation and your security team require. For Saudi and UAE clients that typically means local cloud regions or on-premises systems; for Indian financial institutions it means Indian regions under RBI and SEBI expectations; for US clients it means US regions.
Which entity will we contract with?
Indian clients contract with Constient Global Solutions Pvt Ltd in Chennai. UAE and Gulf clients contract with Constient Global Information Technology Consulting L.L.C in Abu Dhabi. US clients contract with our US entity in New Jersey. Saudi engagements are contracted through the entity that best fits your procurement rules, which we confirm during discovery.
How much of the work is done on site?
Discovery workshops, architecture and security reviews, user acceptance and go-live are normally in person at your location. Engineering runs from Chennai and Bangalore with daily overlap in your working hours, recorded demos and written decision logs. Clients who want a permanently on-site engineer can include that in a dedicated team arrangement.
Do you support Arabic-language requirements in the Gulf?
Yes. Our document AI work includes Arabic and bilingual Arabic-English extraction, and our conversational AI handles Arabic text and voice alongside English and Indian languages. For Gulf deployments we also design around local e-invoicing formats and regulator reporting requirements, and we can staff bilingual analysts for discovery and user acceptance.
