Enterprise AI solutions that start with the workflow

Six solution patterns, each built around a process that is slow, manual or invisible today. We map the workflow, connect the systems it touches, then choose the model. Enterprise AI solutions that begin with the process are the ones that reach production.

How we engage

The same six steps apply to a KYC pipeline and to a plant-floor camera network. They kill weak ideas early and give strong ones a route to production.

  1. 01

    Map your process

We walk the workflow with the people who run it and record every hand-off and exception.

  2. 02

    Define success criteria

One number the solution must move, plus the accuracy and audit requirements it must meet.

  3. 03

    Select architecture

Models, integrations and hosting chosen against your residency and security rules.

  4. 04

    Prove value on representative data

A time-boxed build on your real documents, calls or footage, measured against the criteria.

  5. 05

    Connect with business systems

ERP, CRM and ticketing integrated, with exceptions routed to named owners.

  6. 06

    Establish a responsible operating model

Monitoring, retraining triggers and ownership agreed before go-live.

Where we deliver enterprise AI solutions

In India, document and conversational solutions are designed to the DPDP Act 2023 and to RBI and SEBI cyber frameworks for financial clients. In UAE, our Abu Dhabi team builds to UAE PDPL and designs invoice automation to sit alongside the e-invoicing rollout. In Saudi Arabia, solutions follow SDAIA PDPL residency expectations and NCA ECC-2:2024 controls, with ZATCA e-invoicing in view for finance workflows. In United States, deployments follow the state privacy laws that apply to the client. See our locations.

When a product is the faster route

Some patterns already exist as products. VisionGuard AI is the video analytics pattern packaged for safety teams, and AP Automation is document processing packaged for accounts payable. If a product covers most of your workflow we will say so, because configuring it is cheaper than building it again. If not, the solution pattern is the custom route with the same engineers behind it.

Frequently asked questions

How do we know which solution pattern fits our problem?

Describe the workflow and we will tell you, usually in the first call. Documents that need reading point to document processing; questions from customers or staff point to conversational or knowledge intelligence; anything a camera can see points to video analytics. Problems that combine two patterns, such as an agent that reads a document and updates the ERP, are scoped as one engagement.

What do you need from us before a prototype can start?

A sample of real data under NDA, access to one or two people who run the process today, and a decision on where the data may be processed. For document and voice work that means a few hundred representative items; for video, a day of footage from the cameras in question. We handle anonymization where the sample contains personal data.

Can the models run inside our own environment?

Yes. Video analytics is processed on premises by default. Document, conversational and knowledge solutions run in your Azure, AWS or Google Cloud tenancy in-region, or on your own servers where residency rules require it. The hosting model is fixed during the architecture step.

How is a solution engagement priced?

The prototype phase is a fixed-price, time-boxed piece of work with agreed deliverables. Production builds are priced per scope or delivered by a dedicated engineering team on a monthly basis. Where a product is involved, licensing is quoted separately so you can see what is build cost and what is recurring cost.
