A hospitality intelligence platform for hotels and restaurants that run on five systems at once
A24 Hospitality Intelligence is our agentic AI offering for hotel and restaurant operations. It reads the demand signals already sitting in your property management, point-of-sale and booking systems, gives guests an assistant that can book a room, order room service or check out in their own language, and gives operators one place to ask what is happening tonight and what to do about it.

Why hospitality operators struggle to see their own operation
A hotel runs guest service, the front desk, housekeeping, staffing, dining, reservations, sales and inventory at the same time, and each one lives in a different system. The property management system knows who is arriving. The point of sale knows what the restaurant sold. The booking engine knows what was quoted. Nobody can see all three before the shift briefing, so decisions are made from memory and a printout.
A24 Hospitality Intelligence sits across those systems rather than replacing them. It is built on the multi-tenant hospitality platform we engineered for hotel groups: agent orchestration for guest intents, conversation checkpoints in PostgreSQL, session state in Redis, gRPC microservices behind a WebSocket front, and Indian-language speech recognition and synthesis for voice. An outbound voice agent can place calls for confirmations and reminders. Intent classification was benchmarked between large language model and retrieval approaches before we chose how to route guest requests.
It is bought as a subscription per property, with the guest assistant, the operations view and the voice agent available as modules, and white-label branding for hotel groups that want it under their own name. We deploy for properties in UAE, Saudi Arabia and India from Abu Dhabi and Chennai, where hotel AI is attracting attention from operators and regulators alike, and for US properties from New Jersey. The sibling product for restaurants is the AI Restaurant Ordering Assistant, and the industry context is on our hospitality and travel page.
Where A24 Hospitality Intelligence is positioned to help
Three places the platform earns its keep. Each is described in terms of what an operator or guest can do, not what the model does.
Restaurant operations
Reads covers, orders and reservations from the point of sale and booking systems to show demand by hour and by outlet, supports planning of staff and prep against it, and answers a manager's questions about what sold, what was comped and what is running out in plain language.
Hotel operations
Gives guests an assistant for room booking, room service, food ordering, feedback and checkout over chat and voice, and gives the duty manager a single view of arrivals, requests in progress and service issues, with the context pulled from the property management system rather than retyped.
Enterprise adoption
Lets hotel groups check their property management, point-of-sale and reservation systems against the interfaces the platform supports today before committing, and run it as one tenant across many properties with each property's data, roles and branding kept separate.
What to verify before adopting A24 Hospitality Intelligence
We would rather you ask these eight questions of us, and of any hospitality AI vendor, before signing. Each has a specific answer for your property, and we will give it in writing.
- Available feature modulesWhich of the guest assistant, operations view, outbound voice agent and analytics modules are live today for your property type, and which are on the roadmap.
- Supported PMS and POS systemsWhich property management and point-of-sale systems have a built integration, which need a connector built during onboarding, and what each can read and write.
- Security and data residencyWhere guest and transaction data is hosted for your country, how it is encrypted and who at Constient can access it, against UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL or Indian DPDP Act 2023 as applicable.
- Access rolesHow roles are defined for front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, revenue and group management, and how a multi-property group separates them.
- Integration effortThe estimated weeks of work to connect your systems, what we need from your IT team and your vendors, and what is possible if a vendor does not cooperate.
- Customer supportWho answers when the guest assistant misbehaves at midnight, the response time you are promised and how fixes reach your tenant.
- Availability and pricingThe subscription structure per property and per module, the onboarding fee, and what changes when you add a second property or a second brand.
- Actual demo coverageWhich parts of the demo you watched are the shipping product and which are design previews. We label them, and you should ask any vendor to do the same.

In a walkthrough we share the module descriptions, screenshots and the current list of supported property management and point-of-sale interfaces. The demo experience shows the guest assistant handling a booking, a room service order and a checkout. Start with the demo, then talk to us about your property.
If you run restaurants rather than hotels, the AI Restaurant Ordering Assistant is the same platform shaped for ordering, and the two can share a tenant for groups that run both.
Frequently asked questions
Is A24 Hospitality Intelligence a guest chatbot or an operations tool?
Both, on one platform. The guest-facing assistant handles room booking, room service, food ordering, feedback and checkout over chat and voice. The operator-facing view reads the same property management, point-of-sale and booking data to show demand, requests in progress and service issues, and answers questions in plain language. Properties can start with either side and add the other later.
Which property management and point-of-sale systems does it integrate with?
We keep the current list of supported interfaces up to date and share it in a walkthrough, because it changes faster than a sentence here. Systems with modern APIs are connected directly; others need a connector built during onboarding. Before quoting we review your exact systems and tell you what the platform can read, what it can write and what would need vendor cooperation.
Can guests use voice, and in which languages?
Yes. The platform includes speech recognition and synthesis for Indian languages, so guests can speak and be answered in their own language, and an outbound voice agent can place confirmation and reminder calls over telephony. Arabic voice for Gulf properties is something we scope per deployment and confirm before promising it. Text chat works in English and the languages your content is translated into.
How is guest data protected and where is it stored?
Guest and transaction data is hosted in the region your property operates in, with in-region deployment for UAE and Saudi Arabia under their PDPL regimes and in India under the DPDP Act 2023. Each property is a separate tenant with its own roles and audit trail, and conversation checkpoints are kept only as long as your retention policy says. We confirm the arrangement in writing before onboarding.
How is A24 Hospitality Intelligence priced and how long does onboarding take?
As a subscription per property with modules priced separately, plus an onboarding fee that depends on the integration effort your systems need. A first property with a cooperative property management system typically takes a few weeks to connect, load content and train staff. Hotel groups adding further properties to the same tenant move faster. We quote after reviewing your systems rather than from a list price.
