AI facility management software that warns you before the alarm
Facility AI Platform reads the sensors you already have in cold rooms, plant rooms and warehouses, learns how each space normally behaves, and forecasts where temperature or equipment health is heading over the next 15, 30 and 60 minutes. Operators get a ranked alert with a recommended action on WhatsApp, SMS, email or the mobile app, with time to act.

What Facility AI Platform is and who runs it
Facility AI Platform is a multi-tenant monitoring and forecasting product for people who are responsible for conditions inside buildings: cold-chain operators, warehouse managers, plant-room engineers, commercial facility owners and the facility-management providers who serve them. It is vendor-neutral by design. It accepts data from the sensor and gateway brands already on site, stores it in a time-series platform and runs forecasting and anomaly models on top, so you are not asked to replace hardware to get predictions.
It is sold per tenant and per monitored site on a subscription, with the mobile app included for every operator. Facility-management companies can run many client sites under one account with separate dashboards, escalation rules and audit records for each, and the platform includes plan upgrades, offers and referral features in the app for providers who sell monitoring as a service to their own customers.
Facility management is a large market in UAE and Saudi Arabia, where cooling is a safety matter for most of the year, and we support both from Abu Dhabi alongside Indian sites from Chennai, with US clients served from New Jersey. The sensor and gateway engineering behind the product comes from our edge AI and edge computing practice, and the forecasting from predictive analytics and optimization.
What Facility AI Platform does for operators
Four capability groups. Temperature is the validated pilot today; other sensor types follow in phases, and we label which is which.
Forecasting
Predicts temperature at 15, 30 and 60 minutes ahead for each monitored zone, with confidence bands so an operator can tell a near-certain excursion from a possible one. Forecasts are compared with what actually happened and the models are retrained on site history.
Sensor and asset intelligence
Detects sensors that drift, stick or go quiet, and distinguishes a faulty probe from a failing compressor. Each piece of equipment carries a health score built from its own history, so a chiller trending toward trouble shows up before it trips.
Intelligent alerting
Alerts are ranked Critical to Low, routed by configurable escalation rules and delivered over WhatsApp, SMS, email and push notification. Quiet hours, frequency caps and per-contact channel preferences stop the alert fatigue that makes operators ignore the one that matters.
Audit and reporting
Time-in-range, excursion logs, acknowledgement records and operator actions are kept as an audit trail and exported to CSV, XML and PDF for food safety, pharma cold-chain and client reporting.
How Facility AI Platform is deployed
Four steps from connected sensors to recommended actions. The forecasting models need site history to be useful, so the first weeks are about baselines rather than predictions.
- 01
Connect sensors and controllers
Existing sensors and controllers send readings through a gateway into the ingestion layer. New sensors are added where coverage has gaps.
- 02
Establish monitoring baselines
The platform learns the normal daily and seasonal pattern of each zone and each asset, and sets threshold alerts in the meantime.
- 03
Evaluate predictive insights
Forecasts run in shadow mode next to real readings so you can judge lead time and false alarms before you rely on them.
- 04
Review alerts and recommended actions
Operators receive ranked alerts with a suggested action, acknowledge them in the app and leave a record for the audit log.
Product note on scope and lead times
Temperature is the validated pilot. Additional sensor types are being added in phases, and the mobile app, alerting and audit features described here are the Phase 1 live scope. Forecast lead times and notification latency are design targets; forecasting models may need 3 to 6 months of site history before confidence bands narrow enough to act on. WeChat and Telegram as alert channels are still being scoped.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to replace our sensors or gateways to use Facility AI Platform?
Usually not. The platform is vendor-neutral and ingests readings from the sensors and controllers already installed, through a gateway that speaks their protocol. During discovery we inventory what you have, identify zones without coverage and propose additional sensors only where a forecast would otherwise be blind. Hardware brands are your choice; we do not tie the subscription to a specific device.
How long before the forecasts are reliable on our site?
Threshold alerts work from day one. Forecasts improve as history accumulates, and we tell clients to expect 3 to 6 months of site data before confidence bands are tight enough to drive actions on their own. In the meantime forecasts run in shadow mode next to real readings, so you can watch lead time and false alarm rates before you trust them.
Can a facility-management company run many client sites on one account?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant. Each client site has its own dashboards, contacts, escalation rules and audit exports, while your operations center sees everything in one view. The mobile app also carries plan upgrades, offers and referral features, so providers who sell monitoring as a service can manage their own customers and entitlements inside the product.
Where is the data stored, and can it stay in-country?
Readings, alerts and audit records are stored in the data platform we deploy for your tenant. For UAE and Saudi clients we deploy in-region to meet the residency expectations of UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL, and for Indian clients within India under the DPDP Act 2023. Private deployment inside your own cloud account is available where a regulator or client contract requires it.
How is Facility AI Platform priced?
As a subscription per tenant and per monitored site, with the number of sensors and alert channels shaping the tier. There is no license fee for the mobile app, and operator seats are not counted. We confirm the structure during discovery once we know your site count and sensor density, and we do not publish list prices because deployments vary too much for a single figure to be honest.
