An AI development company that engineers models into production
We build forecasting, computer vision, language and decision models for enterprises, and we take responsibility for what happens after the notebook: pipelines, evaluation, integration, monitoring and ownership. Our AI development company works across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and United States with one engineering standard. The result is a model you can run, audit and improve.
Why most enterprise AI stalls between the pilot and the plant floor
Most organizations we meet already have data, a few models and at least one proof of concept that never reached production. The missing piece is rarely the algorithm. It is usually unrepresentative data, a success metric nobody agreed, or a model with no owner once the data scientist moved on.
Those are engineering failures, and they are fixable. We choose the problem carefully, confirm the data can support it, define how the answer is measured and decide who owns the system in month 12. Only then do we train anything.
What does an AI and data science partner actually do for you?
AI and data science, done as engineering, means turning a business question into a measurable model, connecting it to the systems where decisions happen, and keeping it accurate as the world changes. The gap between a demo and a dependable system is where most of the cost and all of the value sit.
A consultancy hands you a report, a model shop hands you weights, and an engineering partner hands you a running service with tests, documentation and someone to call. We do the third, and we have done it for document AI feasibility studies, telemetry anomaly scoring and classification models behind customer onboarding flows.
Our AI consulting and machine learning development services
Six services, usually combined. An opportunity assessment tells you which model to build; MLOps keeps it honest after launch.
AI strategy and opportunity assessment
We map your processes, find the decisions that repeat often enough to automate, baseline today's performance and check whether the data can support a model. You get a ranked list of use cases with effort, risk and metric.
Predictive machine learning
Forecasting, classification, anomaly detection and recommendation models on structured data. We benchmark classical methods first, use gradient boosting or deep learning when the data earns it, and report uncertainty, not just point estimates.
Natural language processing
Text classification, entity extraction, document understanding and multilingual models for English, Arabic and Indian languages, using transformer models and, where it fits, large language models with retrieval and validation around them.
Computer vision
Detection, counting, classification and process monitoring on video from the cameras you already own, using YOLO-family detectors and segmentation models trained on your footage, with accuracy measured on your site.
Advanced analytics
Statistics, segmentation, experiment design and optimization that answer questions a dashboard cannot, paired with a semantic layer so model numbers match the board pack.
AI model engineering and MLOps
Training pipelines, versioned experiments, model APIs, drift monitoring and controlled releases. A model is a production service: tested, observable, rolled back when it misbehaves.
Enterprise use cases we have engineered
Each card describes work we have done or scoped for a type of client, without names or metrics.
Demand forecasting and inventory planning
Hierarchical forecasts at SKU, store and region level, with promotions and calendar effects as features and reorder suggestions written back to the ERP. See predictive analytics and optimization.
Risk assessment and unusual-transaction screening
Scoring models behind digital onboarding and transaction flows for securities firms in India, with explainable features so compliance teams can defend every flag.
Quality inspection and operational vision
Defect detection and PPE compliance on production lines using existing IP cameras, with on-site inference so footage never leaves the plant. This is the engineering behind VisionGuard AI.
Document classification and data extraction
An Arabic invoice extraction feasibility study that ran several vision language models side by side with a judge model scoring field accuracy, giving a clear go or no-go before production spend.
Customer segmentation and propensity modeling
Behavioral segments and next-best-offer propensity for hospitality operators, fed from booking, ordering and feedback data and surfaced to staff through the assistant they already use.
Anomaly detection for business and equipment telemetry
Baselines and anomaly scores over MQTT and SNMP telemetry from servers, switches and sensors across multi-site GCC estates, alerting before thresholds trip. See energy and utilities.
How we deliver an AI project in seven steps
Seven steps from business question to monitored model, with a deliberate exit at step four if the evidence says the model will not pay back. That is cheaper than a pilot that drifts for a year.
- 01
Business discovery
The decision, the owner, the metric and the constraints, written down and agreed.
- 02
Data profiling
Volume, quality, bias, labeling needs and access permissions for every source.
- 03
Baseline modeling
A simple model first, so every later gain is measured against something real.
- 04
Evaluation
Held-out test sets that look like production, with error analysis by segment.
- 05
Pilot integration
The model wired into one real workflow with a human still in the loop.
- 06
Monitored deployment
Controlled rollout, drift and performance dashboards, alerting and runbooks.
- 07
Periodic recalibration
Scheduled reviews, retraining policy and a backlog of improvements with owners.
Where we deliver: our engineers work from Chennai, Bangalore, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and Branchburg, New Jersey. In India we design to the DPDP Act 2023 and RBI and SEBI cyber frameworks; in UAE, UAE PDPL shapes where training data can sit; in Saudi Arabia, SDAIA's PDPL and NCA ECC-2:2024 set the baseline; in United States we align to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. See our locations.
Business outcomes and how we measure them
An AI system is working when the business metric moves and the model metrics explain why. We instrument both from day one: prediction quality, false-positive and false-negative rates, inference cost per decision, response time, drift and the share of outputs a human overrides, on one dashboard your team owns.
Adoption counts too. A forecast that planners ignore has an accuracy of zero in practice, so we track how often recommendations are accepted and ask the people who reject them why.
Security, governance and quality for AI systems
Every model runs under least-privilege access, in environments your security team has approved, with reviewable changes and test evidence attached to each release. Training data is inventoried, access is logged, and personal data is minimized or masked before it reaches a feature store.
For regulated workflows such as credit scoring, patient data or biometric recognition, we add a model card, bias testing by protected attribute and a review by your legal and compliance owners before go-live. Our practices are ISO 27001-aligned.
Why Constient for AI development
The people who train your model also build its pipeline, deploy it and answer the support ticket. That is why our proofs of concept do not end up orphaned.
Data engineering built in
Our data engineering and analytics team builds the pipelines the model depends on, so training data and production data are the same data.
Edge or cloud, your choice
Vision and telemetry models run on gateways through our edge AI service, or on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, with the trade-offs written down.
Honest about method
If a rules engine or a regression beats the neural network on your data, the report says so. We benchmark classical methods before anything else and keep the winner.
Products as proof
VisionGuard AI, Facility AI and our AP and AR automation products were built by the same team, so you can see the engineering standard before you sign.
Regulated-market experience
Work for securities firms in India, OT environments in Saudi Arabia and multi-site Gulf operations has taught us what compliance reviewers ask for.
Flexible engagement
A 4 to 6 week assessment, a fixed-scope prototype or a dedicated AI engineering team accountable for the outcome.
Frequently asked questions
How does an AI engagement with Constient start?
With a discovery call, then an assessment of 4 to 6 weeks. We review candidate use cases, profile the data behind them, set a baseline and return a ranked plan with effort, risk and the metric each model should move. You can stop there with a usable roadmap or continue into a scoped prototype.
Can we use our existing enterprise data, or do we need to collect more?
Usually your existing data is enough to start, subject to permissions, relevance and quality. We profile it in the first weeks and tell you plainly if labeling or more collection is needed. For computer vision we label a sample of your own footage rather than rely on public datasets.
Do you always use deep learning or large language models?
No. We benchmark statistical and classical machine learning methods first because they are cheaper to run, easier to explain and often accurate enough. Deep learning earns its place on images, video, speech and free text, and large language models where language understanding is the problem.
Where will our data and models be hosted?
Wherever your regulator and security team require. We deploy on your Azure, AWS or Google Cloud tenancy, on premises, or at the edge on gateways and industrial PCs. For Saudi and UAE clients we design for in-country residency from the start; for Indian financial services clients we follow RBI and SEBI expectations.
How do you keep a model accurate after it goes live?
Through monitoring and a written retraining policy. Each model ships with drift detection, performance tracking on fresh labeled samples, input data quality checks and alerting when any of them cross a threshold. A human escalation path handles low-confidence cases, and we review the model with you on an agreed cadence.
What does an AI development project cost and how is it priced?
Assessments and prototypes are fixed price with a defined scope. Production builds are priced per phase against acceptance criteria, and ongoing work runs as a dedicated team or a support retainer. We estimate inference and infrastructure cost alongside the build cost, because that is the number that lasts.
How do you integrate models with our ERP, CRM or operational systems?
Models are exposed as versioned APIs or event consumers and wired into the system where the decision is made: Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, a ticketing tool or a camera gateway. Our application and cloud teams handle integration, identity and observability, so the model becomes part of your estate.
