Computer Vision & Edge AI

AI video analytics for workplace safety, from the cameras you already own

VisionGuard AI watches the camera feeds your site already records and turns what it sees into evidence-backed alerts and tickets. A missing helmet, smoke in a corridor, a person nobody has enrolled, an argument on the loading dock: each one becomes a prioritized alert with the clip attached, processed on your premises so footage never leaves the site.

What VisionGuard AI is and who it is for

VisionGuard AI is a safety and security analytics product that runs alongside your existing CCTV estate. It does not replace the video management system you have; it subscribes to the same streams, applies detection models and the rules you configure, and writes the result into a dashboard, an alert queue and a ticketing workflow your HSE and security teams can own. The models are from the YOLO family, tuned per capability, and every detection carries the frame and clip that triggered it.

It is built for industrial plants, construction sites, warehouses, corporate campuses, healthcare providers, retailers and public facilities, which is to say any site with cameras, people and rules the cameras could help enforce. Each capability is bought and enabled on its own, so a cold store can start with PPE compliance and spill detection and add face recognition later, or never. Commercial models are modular, subscription, OEM and white-label, which matters if you are a system integrator or a security company that wants the analytics under your own brand.

We deliver from Chennai and Abu Dhabi for sites in India, UAE and Saudi Arabia, and from our New Jersey office for US clients, with on-premises processing designed for the data residency expectations of UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL. Related engineering sits in our computer vision and video analytics and edge AI practices.

What VisionGuard AI does on a live site

Four capability groups, each switchable per camera and per zone. Everything below is in the recorded product, not a slide.

01

PPE compliance

Checks each person in a configured zone against the protective equipment that zone requires: helmet, high-visibility vest, gloves and other items you define. A missing item raises an alert with the frame, the camera and the time, so a supervisor can act before the shift ends rather than after an audit.

02

Hazard detection

Recognizes visible fire and smoke, smoking in no-smoking areas, liquid spills on floors and people inside a crane danger zone while a lift is under way. Hazards are prioritized above compliance events so the alert queue puts the urgent thing first.

03

Security intelligence

Recognizes enrolled profiles at entrances and flags anyone not on the list, and detects fighting or altercation behavior in crowds and corridors. Biometric features are enabled only where you have a lawful basis and consent process in place.

04

Incident operations

A central dashboard, a searchable detection history with evidence, tickets with owners and status, people management for enrolled profiles, IoT monitoring for connected sensors, and forecasting that shows which zones and hours produce the most incidents.

How VisionGuard AI goes from camera to closed ticket

Four steps, and the first one usually takes an afternoon. Accuracy is measured on your cameras during the Pilot Run, not quoted from a brochure, because lens height, lighting and occlusion decide more than the model does.

  1. 01

    Connect existing cameras

We point the on-site server at your camera streams over RTSP or ONVIF. No camera is replaced and no footage is sent to a cloud.

  2. 02

    Configure models and safety rules

Each camera gets its zones, the capabilities it should run and the PPE or behavior rules that apply there, plus who is alerted and how.

  3. 03

    Review prioritized alerts

Alerts arrive ranked by severity with the evidence clip attached. Reviewers confirm, dismiss or escalate, and every decision trains the rules.

  4. 04

    Investigate and resolve tickets

Confirmed incidents become tickets with an owner and a deadline. History, evidence and resolution notes stay searchable for audits and insurers.

Product note on privacy and processing

All video is processed on your premises. Face recognition and unidentified-person alerts are biometric processing, and we enable them only after you confirm the lawful basis, signage and consent process required where the site operates, including the DPDP Act 2023 in India and the PDPL regimes in UAE and Saudi Arabia. The intelligent document processing and incident evidence exports follow the same retention rules you set.

Cameras tell you what is happening now. Sensors tell you what is about to happen. The two products below are deployed separately but share a dashboard philosophy.

Frequently asked questions

Will VisionGuard AI work with the cameras we already have installed?

In most cases, yes. Any IP camera that exposes an RTSP or ONVIF stream can be connected, and we can also take feeds from an existing video management system. Analog cameras need an encoder. Camera height, angle and lighting affect what each capability can see, which is why the site survey happens before we quote and the Pilot Run measures results on your footage.

Does any footage leave our site?

No. Inference, evidence clips and the detection history live on a server inside your network. If you want remote dashboards or alerts on mobile, we expose them through your VPN or a reverse proxy you control. This design is what lets us deploy in sectors with strict residency rules in India, UAE and Saudi Arabia without a cloud data transfer discussion.

Can we buy only PPE detection and add other capabilities later?

Yes. Each capability is licensed and enabled individually, per camera if needed. A typical first deployment enables two or three capabilities on the highest-risk cameras, proves them in the Pilot Run, then expands. Pricing follows the capabilities and camera count you enable, and we provide subscription, OEM and white-label models for integrators who resell under their own brand.

How accurate is the detection, and how do you measure it?

We do not publish a percentage because it would be meaningless without your cameras in the sentence. During the Pilot Run we log every alert and every reviewer decision for an agreed period and report precision and missed events per capability and per camera. You see the numbers before you commit to the full roll-out, and we tune zones and rules where they fall short.

Does VisionGuard AI do license plate recognition, fall detection or natural-language search?

These capabilities are documented in the product roadmap but are not part of the recorded demo you can watch today, so we quote them only after confirming current status with the product team. The recorded product covers PPE compliance, fire and smoke, smoking, spills, crane zones, face recognition, unidentified persons, altercations, tickets, IoT monitoring and forecasting. Ask us and we will tell you plainly what is live.
