CRM and HRMS software for firms that sell engagements and bill time
CRM & HRMS Platform puts the whole life of a professional services firm in one system: the lead that becomes a client, the engagement with its milestones and templates, the timesheets and approvals that turn work into invoices, and the attendance, leave and employee records of the people doing it. One login, one set of numbers, built for accounting, tax, audit and consulting practices.

What CRM & HRMS Platform is and who it is built for
CRM & HRMS Platform is a configurable practice and workforce management system for engagement-driven firms: accounting, tax, audit, consulting and similar practices where revenue is a function of clients won, work delivered and hours billed. Most such firms run a CRM, a project tracker, a timesheet tool, an invoicing package and an HR system that do not agree with each other. This product replaces that chain with one data model in which a lead, a client, an engagement, a timesheet entry, an invoice and an employee are all linked.
It is sold as a subscription per user, with configuration of your engagement templates, rate cards, approval flows and leave policies done during onboarding. Embedded AI features are included rather than sold separately, and we list exactly which ones are live today and which are still being built, because a practice manager deserves to know which buttons work before signing.
We deploy for firms in India, UAE and Saudi Arabia from Chennai and Abu Dhabi, and for US firms from New Jersey, with employee and client data hosted in the region your professional body and data protection law expect. The platform is one of the systems an AI Digital Employee can work inside, and it is built by the same team as our enterprise application development practice.
What CRM & HRMS Platform does for a practice
Four modules on one data model. The fourth lists only the AI features that are in the product today.
CRM and practice management
Manages leads, clients, engagements, milestones and reusable engagement templates, so a recurring audit or a quarterly tax filing is set up from a template with its tasks, deadlines and roles already in place. Pipeline and engagement status are visible to partners without a spreadsheet export.
Billing and time
Tracks timesheets against engagements and tasks, routes them through approvals, applies rate cards by role and client, and produces proforma invoices for review and final invoices for issue. Budget against actual hours is visible while the engagement is running, not after it is over.
HR and governance
Manages attendance, leave, employee records and roles, with audit logs across the platform so you can show who changed what and when. Role-based access keeps client financials, salaries and personal records visible only to the people entitled to see them.
Embedded AI
Lead duplicate detection when a prospect is entered twice, voice-to-text timesheets for staff who would rather speak their day than type it, notification prioritization so partners see what matters first, document summaries and resume reading for recruitment. These five are live today.
How work flows through CRM & HRMS Platform
Four steps, which are also the four stages of a professional services engagement. Each step feeds the next without re-entry.
- 01
Convert leads into clients
A lead is qualified, checked for duplicates and converted to a client record with contacts, entities and engagement history.
- 02
Plan and deliver engagements
Engagements are created from templates with milestones, tasks and assigned staff, and tracked against budget as work proceeds.
- 03
Capture time and approvals
Staff record time by typing or by voice; managers approve; rate cards turn approved hours into billable value.
- 04
Invoice and report
Proforma invoices go to the partner for review, final invoices to the client, and reports show utilization, realization and receivables.
Product note on AI features, live and in development
Available today: lead duplicate detection, voice-to-text timesheets, notification prioritization, document summaries and resume reading. Still under development and not yet available to buy: contact and company enrichment, client churn risk, billing anomaly detection, a document reader, an HR chatbot, face punch-in for attendance and AI-assisted leave planning. We will update this note as each one ships, and we do not demo features from the second list as if they were from the first.

Frequently asked questions
Is CRM & HRMS Platform built for firms like ours, or is it a general CRM with HR added?
It is built for engagement-driven practices: accounting, tax, audit, consulting and similar firms. The data model starts from the engagement, not the sales opportunity, so templates, milestones, timesheets, rate cards and invoices are first-class objects rather than custom fields. A product company or a retailer would find it a poor fit, and we would say so in the first call.
Can we configure engagement templates, rate cards and approval flows ourselves?
Yes. Templates, rate cards by role and client, approval chains, leave policies and roles are all configurable by an administrator without code. During onboarding we set up your first versions with you, using the engagements you run most often, and your practice manager owns them from then on. Changes to templates apply to new engagements without disturbing those already in progress.
Which AI features actually work today?
Five: lead duplicate detection, voice-to-text timesheets, notification prioritization, document summaries and resume reading. Enrichment, churn risk, billing anomalies, a document reader, an HR chatbot, face punch-in and leave planning are under development and are not part of what you buy today. We keep this list current on the page and in the demo, and we would rather you ask than assume.
Where is our client and employee data stored?
In the region you need. For Indian firms the platform is hosted in India in line with the DPDP Act 2023; for UAE and Saudi firms in-region to meet UAE PDPL and Saudi PDPL; for US firms in United States. Employee records and client financials are protected by role-based access and audit logs, and we confirm the hosting arrangement in writing before onboarding starts.
How is the platform priced and how long does onboarding take?
As a subscription per user, with embedded AI features included rather than sold as add-ons. Onboarding for a single-office practice, including template, rate card and leave policy configuration and import of client and employee records, typically takes a few weeks. Multi-office firms with several legal entities take longer, and we scope that in the first conversation rather than discovering it later.
